光照时间和强度互作对黄羽肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响

摘 要:本试验旨在研究在半开放式肉鸡垫料平养模式下,夜间补光时间和强度互作对肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响。将840只1 日龄岭南黄公母混合雏随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复70只。试验采用2(光照时间)×2(光照强度)因子设计,光照时间分为持续光照(24 L)和间歇光照(3D:1L),光照强度分别为10 Lx和30 Lx。试验期共50 d,分生长前期(1~21 d)和后期(22~50 d)2个阶段。结果表明:间歇光照较持续光照显著提高了各生长阶段的日采食量,提高了后期日增重并降低了耗料增重比(P<0.05),间歇光照组肉鸡21 d脾脏和法氏囊指数、50 d脾脏和胸腺指数及免疫球蛋白IgM水平显著高于持续光照组(P<0.05),光照强度对生长性能指标和免疫指标均无显著影响,与光照时间也无交互作用(P>0.05)。在本试验条件下,采用3D:1L间歇光照模式和10 Lx光照强度,能使肉鸡获得最优的生产性能和免疫功能,并节约电能。

The Interaction Effect of Photoperiod and Light Intensity on Growth Performance and Immune Function of Broilers

Abstract: This study was conducted to evaluate the interaction effect of photoperiod and light intensity on the growth performance and immunity of broilers.A total of eight hundred and forty, Lingnan yellow -feathered broilers at age of 1 days were randomly allocated into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 70 chicks replicate. The treatments consisted of 2 photoperiod (constant lighting(CL,24L:0D)and intermittent lighting (INL,3D: 1L) )and exposure to 2 light intensities (10 Lx and 30 Lx). The trial was split into starter (1~21 d) and finisher (22~50 d) phases.The results showed as fo1lows: Compared with CL, INL significantly increased the FI during 1~21 d, and FI, ADG during 22~50 d, the F/G of broilers was lower as well.Intermittent lighting significantly enhanced the index of spleen and bursa of fabricius (g/kg of BW) at 21 d and spleen and thymus index at 50 d, as well as the IgM concentration in serum (P<0.05). There was no significant effect of light intensity on growth performance and the index of immunity. There was no interaction effect between photoperiod and light intensity as well. In conclusion, 3D:1L and 10 Lx can not only improve growth performance and the immunity of broilers, but also save power.
