湿玉米纤维饲料对奶牛瘤胃发酵和产奶性能的影响

摘 要:为研究饲喂不同比例的湿玉米纤维饲料(WCGF)对奶牛瘤胃发酵以及对高产奶牛产奶性能的影响,试验1选用4头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的健康荷斯坦牛,采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,在日粮干物质中添加WCGF比例分别为0%、15%、25%和35%,测定奶牛瘤胃内环境的变化。结果表明:随着WCGF饲喂量的增加,35%处理组奶牛瘤胃液氨态氮(NH3-N)浓度升高,乙酸浓度下降,且乙酸/丙酸也随之下降(P<0.05)。试验2选择60头健康的高产奶牛,采用单因素随机试验设计,在日粮干物质中添加WCGF比例为25%,测定高产奶牛产奶性能的变化。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组高产奶牛的产奶量虽然降低了2.65%,但提高了乳脂率(P<0.05)。综上可知,WCGF在奶牛日粮配方中的比例不宜过高,当WCGF在高产奶牛日粮配方中添加比例为25%虽不能增加产奶量,但可提高乳脂率。

Effect of Wet Corn Gluten Feed on Rumen Fermentation and Milk Performance of Lactating Dairy Cows

Abstract: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of feeding different addition levels of WCGF on ruminal fermentation traits and to test the animal performance in high producing dairy cows. Experiment 1, effects of feeding different additional levels of WCGF on rumen fermentation in dairy cows, four non-lactating Holstein dairy cows fitted with permanent rumen fistula were used in a 4×4 Latin square designed trial. Each animal was fed one of four treatment diets during each period: 0% (control), 15%, 25% and 35% WCGF on a dry matter basis. The results showed that the concentrations of ruminal ammonia and acetate were increased as the level of WCGF increased (P <0.05). Acetate: propionate (A:P) was significant decreased (P<0.05). Experiment 2, effects of feeding WCGF on production performance in high producing dairy cows, sixty high producing dairy cows were selected and used in a single factor randomized design experiment to evaluate the effects of feeding WCGF (25%DM) on production performance of high producing dairy cows. The results showed that the milk production was significant reduced by 2.65% but the milk fat percentage of cows was increased. (P<0.05). It was concluded that: the feeding ratio should not be higher and feeding 25% WCGF could reduce the milk production, but could but increase the milk fat percentage.
