断奶日龄对仔兔胃肠道 pH 和消化酶活性的影响

摘 要:本试验旨在研究断奶日龄对仔兔胃肠道pH和消化酶活性的影响。选择刚出生肉兔90窝,随机分成3组,每组30窝,分别在21、28、35日龄断奶,并在21、28、35、42、49日龄屠宰测定胃肠道各段的pH以及相关消化酶活性。结果表明:21日龄断奶组仔兔在28日龄时,胃和十二指肠内容物的pH显著升高(P<0.05),在28日龄后随着日龄增加,pH又显著下降(P<0.05);随着断奶日龄的延迟,胃和十二指肠内容物的pH呈降低趋势,42日龄后,各断奶日龄组间差异不显著(P>0.05);21、28、35日龄断奶组的胃蛋白酶和21日龄断奶组的十二指肠胰蛋白酶活性在断奶后1周均显著降低(P<0.05),35日龄后,各断奶日龄组间差异不显著(P>0.05);十二指肠淀粉酶、空肠和回肠的胰蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性随着断奶日龄的延迟而呈增加趋势(P>0.05);同时,这些酶的活性都会随着日龄增大而逐渐增加。可见,断奶日龄可影响仔兔胃肠道pH和消化酶活性,选择适宜的断奶日龄对仔兔胃肠道消化功能的发育至关重要。

Effects of Weaning Age on Gastrointestinal pH and Activity of Digestive Enzymes in Meat Rabbits

Abstract: This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of weaning age on digesta pH and enzyme activity of digestive tract in meat rabbits. A total of 90 nests of newborn meat rabbits were randomly selected and divided into 3 groups equally, which were arranged to be weaned in 21, 28 and 35 days after their birth. At 21, 28, 35, 42 and 49 days of age, digesta of digestive tract were collected after slaughter. The pH of the stomach and the intestine segments and the related enzyme activity were measured. The results showed that one week after weaning, the pH of the stomach and the duodenal content of rabbits weaned at 21 days significantly improved(P<0.05). With the increase of age, the pH decreased significantly (P<0.05). Additionally, the pH of the stomach and the duodenal contents presented declining trend with the weaning days kept longer. After 42 days, the difference could not be distinguished from three groups (P>0.05). The activity of pepsase of the 21, 28 and 35 days old weaned groups and the activity of the duodenal trypsin of the 21 days old weaned group significantly reduced in the first week after weaning(P<0.05), while it did not showed strong effect on duodenum, jejunum and the activity of trypsin and amylase of the ileum(P>0.05). But the activity of the enzyme mentioned above showed a raise tendency with the weaning days added. 35 days later, no significant difference happened in each group (P>0.05). In addition, the activity of these enzymes gradually became stronger and stronger with the increase of age. According to this, the different weaning age will affect young meat rabbits' digesta pH and the activity of digestive enzyme distinctly. Choosing their weaning days appropriately is vital to the development of gastrointestinal digestive function of young rabbits.
